JV) wrestlers per weight class in accordance with new PIAA rule.

seeds will be chosen by seeding
criteria, the rest of the bracket will be drawn at random.

The
tournament is run silent, weight
classes are assigned to each mat (3 total), and each bout is numbered.

Awards
for top 4/6 individual place winners.
(Depends on number of teams). Hoodie and custom bracket to 1st
place. 2nd~4th long
sleeve shirts.

for top 3 teams, and additional
individual awards.
