2016 YOUTH WRESTLING TOURNAMENT

DIVISIONS: Bantam, Intermediate, Novice, & Schoolboy
LOCATIONS: Wantagh High School, 3297 Beltagh Ave, Wantagh NY 11793
(If using GPS it is East of the Wantagh Pkwy, cross road is Wantagh
Ave. You can also use the address
for Phils Pizzeria 1378 Wantagh Ave, it is on the
corner of Beltagh Ave)
REGISTRATION: Online registration only at www.wrestlereg.com NO later
then Friday, December 16,
2016 before 8PM. There will be NO REFUNDS, and NO WALKINS. All
Wrestlers, and
Coaches must have a valid USA Wrestling card, in order to register.
COST: $30 fee, plus a $2 online processing fee.
MEDICAL WAIVER: Participants medical waver can be found online and must
be completed at the time of
Registration.
WEIGH~INS: Coaches and Parents are responsible for submitting an
accurate weight when registering online,
Please use an accurate digital scale and confirm weight with childs
coach before registering. For any challenges there will be a scale on
site Sunday. If the wrestler is not within 2lbs of application weight
then he/she will be disqualified from tournament without a refund.
Madison system will be used to determine weight classes.
RULES: NYS High School Scholastic rules modified for OT. Headgear and
singlet are recommended
CHECK IN TIMES: 7:30AM ~ Bantam & Intermediates (wrestling
starts soon after)
10:00AM ~ Novice & School Boy (wrestling starts soon after)
RATING: (All Ratings Are Done By The Coaches)
Beginner 1 or 2 ~ First or second year wrestler ~~~
Experienced 3 thru 5: More than 2 years of experience.

AWARDS: Presented to the top 3 in each weight class. Round~Robin
ADMISSION: $3 per Adult, children & Veterans are free. Parental
supervision of children is required at all
times. Concession Stand will be open during the tournament. There will
be event t~shirts for sale.
No food or drinks allowed in the gym.
