WEIGH IN:
Sunday, February 21, 2016 ~ 7:00am to 8:00am (Dover High School)
WRESTLING WILL BEGIN AT 9:00am
RULES:
1: National Federation (modified) rules will govern the tournament.
2: All periods :90 ~ :90 ~ :90
3: Double Elimination (Wrestle back to 6th place).
4: Wrestlers may compete in only one weight class.
5: Must be a resident of the State of Delaware or attend a school in
state.
6: 8th graders with high school varsity or junior varsity experience
may NOT participate in this event.
7: Must be in 6th through 8th grade to participate.
AWARDS: Awards will be presented to the top 6 in each weight class.
Awards WILL NOT be handed out prior to the awards presentation.

In consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I hereby release The
Delaware Wrestling Alliance, Inc., the Capital School District, and all
sponsoring bodies, their officers and tournament officials from any and
all liabilities, claims or rights to damages for injuries suffered by
my child directly or indirectly in training for, traveling to or from,
and participating in the 2016 Delaware Kids Scholastic State
Championships.
