Top 6 wrestlers in each weight will be ALL COUNTY and receive awards.
True second place will be awarded( see seeding section below)
Entry in event will qualify wrestler for the 2016 NYS Championships @ Sarah Lawrence College, March 5th & 6

Entry fee: $40 total ($37.50 Plus $2.50 WrestleReg Fee) ~~ NO REFUNDS.
Registration Deadline: Feb. 17, 9PM.
The weight you register at is the weight you have to make, no moving up.
Weigh-ins Intermediate (Sat. 2/20): 8:00am ~ 9:00am ~ Wrestling Approx. 9:30

Note 1: Overtime will follow current High School Rules. The first Overtime period will be 1 minute sudden victory. If necessary (2) :30 second periods. If necessary (1) :30 second ultimate ride out, choice determined by 1st point scored or disk flip if no score.

Note 2: Age group is determined by Year of Birth (for example - if you were born in 2004-2005, you are considered in the Novice Age Group).

Each wrestler may have up to a maximum of two USA Wrestling Certified Coaches holding a current USA Wrestling Coaching Card at mat side. No one will be allowed mat side without current Coaching Card. Coaches must stay in the corner at all times and HS rules governing interaction between coaches and officials will be strictly enforced. No exceptions will be made and anyone not abiding by these rules will be ejected from the event.
Seeding- The tournament director will do their best to separate wrestlers from the same club.
True Second- Any wrestler who finishes in 3rd will be given the opportunity to wrestle the second place finisher if they have not done so earlier in the tournament.

Shirts, hoodies, sweat pants, hats, bags, headgear, water bottles and other wrestling gear will be for sale by Competitive Edge Wrestling

Concession stand will be open both days.

Spectator fee; Adults- $5.00, Children under 14 free.
