Ages: 7-13
Focus:  This baseball and sports performance camp (14 hours) will feature quality/ high level baseball skill instruction and acquisition, sports performance enhancement instruction (mobility, strength, speed, agility) and live game play.  All participants will be introduced to proper mechanics, skill acquisition, position play, teamwork, live game play (with built in instruction), and proper movement, mobility, speed, and agility skill in relation to the game of baseball.

2.    Dynamic Mobility and Stretching Warm-up
3.    Speed, Agility, Plyometric Stations
4.    Throwing Lead-up - Proper Mechanics and Arm Care
5.    Individual Instructional Stations - (Defense & Baserunning)
1.    Infield    (Play, Technique, Fundamentals)
2.    Outfield (Play, Technique, Fundamentals)
3.    Group incorporation of fundamentals - Live built-in instruction and development
6.    Hitting Instructional Stations - (Hitting & Baserunning)
7.    Snack and Nutrition Break
8.    Live Baseball Game Play - Under the Lights @ Alcyon Park

Camper Needs:
1.    Baseball pants, t-shirt or team jersey, hat, glove, and bat (if applicable).  Catching gear is not required unless campers would like to catch during the instructional games.  All games will be pitched by coach to increase amount of bats per camper.
2.    Desire to learn the game of baseball.
