Format and rules: Unseeded double elimination bracketed
tournament Modified PIAA headgear optional 4 or less entries
in a weight class will be made a round robin All divisions bouts will
be 1min 1min 1min overtime will be 1min sudden death and if necessary
30 ride out

In submitting and signing this application, I hereby assume
responsibility and/or give the above named wrestler permission to
wrestle in the CPEWL Wrestling Tournament held at Hollidaysburg Junior
High School. I therefore release the Hollidaysburg School District and
little tigers wrestling, their Officers, Tournament Officials,
Referees, Athletic Trainers, and Coaches from all liability for any
injuries or losses the above named person may receive as a result of
training, participating in or traveling to or from the above named
tournament.
