Spring Cove Elementary Wrestling Tournament
In submitting and signing this application, I hereby assume
responsibility and/or give the above named wrestler permission to
wrestle in the Spring Cove Elementary wrestling tournament. I
therefore release the Spring Cove S.D. and the Central Wrestling Club,
their officers, tournament officials, referees, athletic trainers, and
coaches from all liability for any injuries or losses the above named
person may receive as a result of training, participating in or
traveling to or from the above named tournament.
