Weigh-Ins:
Saturday March 6th 4pm-6pm OR Sunday, March 7th 7am-8:30am
1 pound weight allowance
YOU MUST MAKE WEIGHT TO WRESTLE – NO SHIFTING WILL BE PERMITTED. NO REFUNDS.
Time: Wrestling starts at approximately 9:30am
Eligibility:
Age as of January 1, 2010
Limited to First 450 paid registrants
16 WRESTLER MAXIMUM PER BRACKET / BRACKETS MAY BE COMBINED
2 Gyms/ 6 Mats (South Gym has limited seating. Lawn chairs or blankets are permitted)
Rules & Regulations:
* Modified PIAA
* No Varsity Wrestlers
* Double Elimination
* Periods are 1-1-1 (14-15, 2-1-1), sudden death overtime (1minute THEN 30 seconds ride out)
* Must wrestle to receive trophy
* Referee’s decision is final
* Round robin if 3 wrestlers in a bracket
* Proof of age required, if contested
* No shows/ Scratches will be treated as a forfeit and brackets advanced accordingly. No reseeding.
Awards:
Championship Shirt for all those in 1st place
12 & Above: Medals for 1st place through 4th place / 11 & Under: Trophies for 1st place through 4th place
Awards for outstanding wrestler and fastest pin in each age group.
Admission:
All spectators (including Coaches) $5.00, includes 1st Bracket Sheet.
Students $2.00, Children under 5 years of age free.
$1.00 off admission with a canned goods donation for FOOD BANK
Concessions: Cafeteria Open All Day – Hot Breakfast & Lunch Served
